2024 Membership Rates

Current Regular Annual Dues

$520 + $125 refundable volunteer fee = $645

New Regular Membership Certificate Purchase

$500 one time certificate purchase + $520 annual dues + $25 administration fee + $125 refundable volunteer fee = $1,170

Associate Member Annual Dues

$595 + $25 administration fee + $125 refundable volunteer fee = $745

Volunteer Fee

A $125 volunteer fee is payable upon registration by all members and will be refunded after the season if the member volunteers five (5) hours (excluding swim team volunteer hours). You must pay the full amount or your registration will not be approved. The volunteer fee may be earned back during the year. There are many opportunities to volunteer.

2024 Membership Information

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Regular

Regular Members are partial owners of Cottontail. Regular Members pay less in annual membership, swim team, and tennis dues. The purchase of a membership certificate is offset by lower fees within a few years.

Associate

Associate Members are seasonal members for each year they register. Associate Members pay more in annual membership, swim team, and tennis dues.

Guest Fees & Parties

Regular

Regular Members are welcome to bring guests.

Regular Members can rent and schedule game deck and pool parties.

Regular Members receive ten (10) guest passes each season. Additional guest passes can be purchased at the guard desk.

2024 Regular Member guest fees are:

$5/guest

Associate

Associate members are welcome to bring guests.

Associate Members can rent and schedule game deck and pool parties.

Associate members receive (5) guest passes if dues are paid before May 1st. Additional guest passes can be purchased at the guard desk.

Tennis Court Access

Regular

Regular Members may use the tennis and pickleball courts year-round.

Associate

Associate Members may use the tennis and pickleball courts from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Swim Team and Tennis Camps

Regular

Children of Regular Members can participate in our swim and tennis teams. The annual fees are discounted for Regular Members.

Associate

Children of Associate Members can participate in our swim and tennis teams.
