CT at Laurel Hill

Swimmers must sign up for a maximum of two events (including IM) after their practices on Monday morning.  If a swimmer cannot attend Monday am practices, they (or a parent) must e-mail their selected events to cottontailcobias@gmail.com no later than 10:30 am. 

The Head Coach/Asst Head Coach will remove swimmers from events prior to the meet if the swimmer has not demonstrated a legal stroke during practices.

All other meet details will be provided via team email.
