Dear Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club Members,

The Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club will hold the 2025 Spring General Membership Meeting on Thursday, February 06, 2025, at Pohick Regional Library at 6450 Sydenstricker Rd, Burke, VA 22015 in person beginning at 7:00 pm.

The meeting agenda includes the following:

1. Action to approve minutes of the September 09, 2024 Fall General Membership Meeting
2. Reports from the Board of Directors
3. Discussion and action on the 2025 Operating Budget
4. Discussion on Cottontail Facilities and Club upgrades for 2025

In order to hold a General Membership Meeting the Board requires a quorum of 20 members or valid proxies. Your participation is vital. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy, sign and email it to secretary@cottontailpool.com or mail a signed copy to:
