Dear Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club Members,

The Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club will hold the 2025 Spring General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at West Springfield Government Center at 6140 Rolling Rd, Springfield, VA 22152 in person beginning at 7:00 pm.

The meeting agenda includes the following:

1. Action to approve minutes of the September 13, 2025 Fall General Membership Meeting
2. Reports from the Board of Directors
3. Discussion and action on the 2026 Operating Budget
4. Electing additional members to our Board of Directors

In order to hold a General Membership Meeting the Board requires a quorum of 20 members or valid proxies. Your participation is vital. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy, sign and email it to secretary@cottontailpool.com or mail a signed copy to:
